Matt Ryan's New Pad

Recommended Posts

At work today i was talking to a general contractor that told me he just built out a space for Matt Ryan.

The building is a brand new 32 story mixed use office/condo's... I was told that Matt has the penthouse level (32nd Floor) and it cost around 2.5 million to build it. Its near the lenox mall area... He is moving in this weekend and it will be his main resident.

The GC said he was a very nice and easy to get along with with no attitude at all.

He's going to drive from Buckhead to the Falcon's facility in Flowery Branch everyday during the season?

I guess it's not as bad since you're going against traffic but that's still an ugly commute.

Nice....my friend who owns a rug company has a "second home" across from Lennox mall in a building that it also residential / offices.

He is on the 23rd (i think) floor. The entire floor is divided into 2 condos.

Wonderful view. We go down on some weekends and hang out in Buckhead.

The building is about 8 years old.

Never know.....could be the same one. I might run into the Ice Man!

I think toll booths are the silliest thing. Add it to the Ad Valorem tax on tags and do away with this traffic stalling, archaic collection process!

The toll on 400 was put there 20+ years ago to "pay" for the construction of 400. That thing has paid for itself 100 times over by now. It's not going away anytime soon.

I think can afford both, Tandy. Did somebody say he was selling one place?

I guess - but I wouldn't leave this. Matt Ryan's home in Duluth, Georgia's Sugarloaf Country Club. A 2-story home which includes 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 1 half, bar, media room, game room, exercise room and a library.

Ha! I wish! :P No - there is a site that has sports players homes - it's called sports home tribune - I just remembered it - and they still had the pics.

It's kind of like watching Cribs.

Yall really need to get a life. Looking like some stalkers on here. Who goes and looks up someone's home and posts the pics on the net?

Apparently a lot of people - they're pretty easy to find.

Those shows on HBO - cribs, etc. - pretty popular - so I guess there's a lot of folks who like to see how the "other" half lives occasionally.

If that's stalking so be it. There are millions of stalkers out there apparently.

In those shows the celebs are AWARE that people will be looking at their cribs and gave permission to have it filmed. Did u get Matt Ryan's permission before putting his crib all over the internet? Doubt it. You're prolly like Deniro's character in "The Fan". Did u drive by his place too?
