THE ICEMAN
Nnamdi Asomugha,Johnathan Joseph,Antonio Cromartie,Ike Taylor,Richard Marshall,Eric WrightWhich Corner Back should we get? And with assuming we Sign a DE and in my option that would kind of rule out Nnamdi Asomugha but he still could sign here but just trying to be realistic here? My Pick is Johnathan Joseph. But he would likely still be a pricey player not quite what Asomugha is going to get but would take a contract similar to Dunta Robinson as if he's not a better player than Robinson he just as good and is younger to. Soren
I actually think Richard Marshall would be a very nice NB. He won't be an upgrade to Grimes but definitely to Owens and Franks. I like him in the slot blitzing and in run support also.
FalconState
I would like us to sign Antonio Cromartie that would give us another playmaker with size
THE ICEMAN
Ya Richard Marshall wouldn't cost what Joesph would and I think he's the most likely guy to come here but a lot of people are saying Joesph but Joesph if anything has been better than Dunta Robinson and will likely be looking for a 6 year 60 mil deal with something like 35-37 mil guaranteed that going to be a little to much for the Falcons if there going to spend that much they should just sign Nnamdi. So really Richard Marshall or Eric Wright or someone on that level is the most likely
JRid
Have any of those guys ever played safety or can they play safety? I've been thinking that we only have 4 safety's signed and we need to look at signing a guy who can play corner and fill in as a safety if Moore or Decoud gets injured. Brian Williams could play safety and CB and I think the staff is always looking for very versatile players. If Moore or Decoud get injured we have Shillinger and Bush as back ups and I'm not sure those guys are ready. I just remembered that Priest is a CB/Safety, but who knows what he can do either. ki46dinah
Nnamdi - would be ridiculous, but I dont think we can be paying 2 corners big money(not to mention Grimes prolly wants a few bills too)Antonio - waste of talent...would be awful on this teamIke Taylor - a pro's pro...but I dont know how much of an upgrade he would beMarshall - great nickel, but I think someone else will pay himEric Wright - I like Eric, and think he would be a valuable addition, but in all honesty isnt much more of a ballhawk than Robinson

Scott Carasik
Atlanta's problem isn't cornerback. it's pass rush. They need a nickel. Someone like Jordan Babineaux (who is a UFA under either set of rules) would be perfect for them. Getting Babineaux and a guy like Charles Johnson at DE would be excellent for them. Hustle Up
Nnamdi is definitely the best fit. Joseph is a good fall back if they can't land Nnamdi.
