CA Wet Basement Solutions
I predict Rodgers will emerge as the new Kevin Faulk. He will be the best third down back in the NFL. I don't think he will have gaudy stats, but he will make a key contribution to this team that cannot be measured by stats alone. The Patriots would not have been nearly as good as they were had it not been for Faulk. Having him their back pocket was like having a card that gives you an extra set of downs. He was so hard to stop on 3rd down because he could run when you were expecting pass and catch when you were expecting a run. I have watched Quizz a lot (twice live) and he is in this exact same mold. He is going to be special.
Goal Line D
On 680 The Fan this morning Mel Kiper's prediction for "Most Impactful Offensive Rookie" was our own Jacquizz Rodgers!Kiper's still a tool IMO...but that was cool to hear.
Knight of God
He's like a powerback with serious leg churning...or a speedback with serious power.
HouTexFalcon
He reminds me of a little power back with ball bearings in his ankles. I think the closest comparison is to Ray Rice. The thing that this kid has over MJD and Rice, is his cutting ability. This little dude can stop and start on a dime. I cannot beleive that a 2010 Heisman canidate dropped to the 5th round!!!! I really think TD hit the jackpot with this one.

GuerillaOntology
Everyone that because of his size that he was a poor-man's third-down Reggie Bush. His ability to run up the middle - successfully - is most unassuming. Disgustingly huge steal.Cheers,GO
falconidae
Some not quite random thoughts:Love how both Rodgers and Jones just drop the ball after they score. If I was a back his size, I'd get W. Dunn to teach me how to keep myself healthy. To He## with third down, I'd like him to be good enough to get 40% of the snaps- Keeps Turner fresh and diversifies the offense because of the receiving threat.Wouldn't mind seeing him in the backfield with Turner either- or a full house backfield with him, Turner and Ovie on short yardage/goalline situations. Smith and Co. like Snelling a lot. I don't think they are just going to bench him. I see it more like Turner 70% Snelling 15%-20% and Rodgers 10%-15%I hate when people act like a third down back is some kind of put down. I would trade virtually any change of pace back for Kevin Faulk in his prime. Kevin Faulk was a key to the success of the Patriots. He allowed them to take risks they wouldn't be able to take otherwise. His contribution to that team can not be overstated. He is probably one of the most underrated players in history. Rodgers is in the same mold of Faulk. Don't you agree that Quizz has more wiggle than Faulk, though.I think the Faulk comparison is quite accurate.Yeah, I do think Quizz has a few more moves than Faulk, but both guys are much quicker than they are fast. Both guys also have amazing hands and the ability to get yards out of plays that would be a loss for most other running backs. The thing that frustrated defenses about both these guys is the fact that they couldn't be stopped when the defense really needed a stop. They are like paramedics for offensive drives. If your drive is in danger of dying, call the paramedic. Edited May 22, 2011 by CA Wet Basement Solutions

Other than the occasional big game that OSU played, I did not get to see much of him in college.I think he might end up being the offensive steal of the draft. Not just for us, but throughout the whole league.
me4falcons
WE ARE NOT THE PATRIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think TD made it quite clear in thisdraft. Hustle Up
I watched some Oregon St games the past two seasons. Quiz performed at a high level against some of the best teams (USC, Oregon) consistently. I like the draft overall and they stopped my bitchin about two positions of need (playmaking WR and speed back)
