Assassins Creed: Revelations

I'm a total nut for these games, so I can't wait.

Assassin's Creed: Revelations

Though it will be the last installment in the Ezio trilogy, The game stars both Ezio Auditore & Altair (the protagonist from the first game). Ezio, now over 50 years old is chasing down five seals that will allow him access to an important artifact in Masyaf (the setting of the first game). Each seal belonged to Altair, and when Ezio nabs one, he gets to relive Altair's memories like Desmond relives things through the ANIMUS.Ezio's love interest this time around is Sofia Sorto, who isn't a real person but is based on the Albrecht Durer painting "Portrait of a Young Venetian Woman."

Since Desmond is mysteriously back in the ANIMUS (at the ending of AC: Brotherhood),he will need to fight through "the black room," an Animus world made up of his shattered mind and "the futuristic architecture of the ANIMIS" to find a specific memory where he, Altair, and Ezio collide.

New Game Features:

- The Hook Blade (curved blade on Ezio's arm).

The blade can still be used for killing people, but the device opens up a ton of new movement options. Ezio can use it to zipline around Constantinople, propel himself up walls, and flip over opponents without breaking stride.

"It makes free running more fluid, faster, and more fun," Creative Director Alexandre Amancio told Game Informer. "It speeds up navigation by about 30 percent."

- Bomb crafting

The game employs a simple crafting system that allows us to create more than 300 different bombs that range from flash bangs to smoke bombs.

- Multiplayer Plot

As you increase your rank, you're moving up in the world of Abstergo and getting to know the Templar organization. This time around, you can change your character's appearance, create guilds, and craft your own coat of arms. Matchmaking will be faster, we'll be able to create custom playlists, and Ubisoft is planning Assassin's Creed tournaments.

- Eagle Vision is now Eagle Sense

Allows Ezio to listen in on far away conversations, hear heartbeats and predict where guards will move.

There will be areas to infiltrate similar to the Lairs of Romulus from the last game, but they're based on an "undisclosed historical figure." Perhaps most interestingly, Amancio described the game as "a nexus" for the series, preparing players for Assassin's Creed 3, by "setting the record straight, closing all the loops that have been started, that have been left in suspense." To do this, the game will "align the destines of all three major characters of the franchise."

Nice!

I Love The AC Franchise, Kinda Sad To See The End OF Ezio.

Yeah same here. He's been a great character obviously or they wouldn't have made 3 games about him. On the other hand though I'm also ready to see some different assassins in some different settings.

I Feel Like They Kinda Favored Ezio In A Way. You See His Character Develop, From His Teen To His 50s. Whatever New Assassin They Making The Main Character Won't Be As Bad *** As Ezio .
