hawkeye
The Falcons traded their first, second and fourth-round picks in 2011 and a first and fourth in 2012 to Cleveland to move up from the #27 pick to the #6 pick to select Georgia WR Julio Jones.“I know they have great defense with (Brian) Urlacher and everybody,’’ Jones said during Game 3 of the Bulls-Hawks series in Atlanta. “It’s going to be great task for me and my teammates to see what kind of team we’re going to have.“Growing up, that was a defense I always looked up to. Even when I was little, the Chicago Bears always had a strong defense.’’“No, I don’t feel pressure at all,’’ Jones said. “I’m just going to come out and contribute to the team to the best of my ability. It’s football. I can’t go out there and be no superhuman. All I can do is go out there and play ball, like I’ve been doing.’’Jones is scheduled to make his debut against the Bears at Soldier Field on Sept. 11 if the lockout is resolved in time.http://network.yardbarker.com/nfl/article_external/falcons_wr_julio_jones_respects_the_bears_defense/4706270

Tandy
If things don't change soon - I doubt we'll get to play the Bears I have a feeling if there is a season - it may come around the 4th or 5th game. When we had the conference call with Goodell - I put in the question asking if they would still play all the games - just stretch it out longer - but they never got to me - so I still wonder,. Matty Ice, Julio, and Roddy should beat them up

DirtyBirdSupabowl
Great D but their offense is questionable. Cutler is still having nightmares of Decoud from the last time they played us.
THE ICEMAN
No way this game will be played the players and Owners aren't going to take a chance and throw 9 billion dollars down the toilet it will be played as the season get closer I think the players will give in and its not out of the question that they move it to a 18 game season something the owners really want so they can make a little more doe
Banned
Julius Peppers did a lot for the Bears in one year. Wish he was on the Falcons.
