Falconsfan567
If Julio's foot is better, he better be there!Yep.Well let me check that. Even if he can't practice he still needs to be there talking to Matt and learning the playbook.

didz
I promise you they wont be doing the Jeff Fish cardio hour with advanced pilates. Its time to beef these boys up. Get some muscle back in their bodies. I could care less if they can stretch. I want them to eat and grow that strength. Get those offensive linemen looking like some nasty bulls. I was just watching a replay of Falcons vs Raiders in 08, and Dahl just looks like a monster. He's got muscle coming out of his arms and as wide as a truck. The whole offensive line back then looked like a machine back then. Now they look like the zone offensive line men in an Alex Gibbs system. Even Matt Ryan looks bigger in 08 than he does now. Our offense was good in 08. You just couldn't tell what the offense was going to do. I miss that team.
atljbo
Look what Coy had to say about coach smithlink"He was highly upset by the whole situation because he wants to take this organization places and he's handcuffed right now like we all are," Wire said Monday. "He was highly aggravated that if a lockout was implemented again that we wouldn't be able to find a way to meet as a team."He got a chance to talk to coach smith during that one day the lock of was lifted. Zodiac
Spoon said that there should be afew rookies in attendance, most noticeably Akeem Dent, he didn't say if Julio would but I assume he will as he was in ATL last night for the Hawks game. The Falcon Jedi Knight
My Question is: How can the "Falcons Organization" hold any kind of mini camp, private or not, with Players during a Lockout? Im easily confused...
FA91
My Question is: How can the "Falcons Organization" hold any kind of mini camp, private or not, with Players during a Lockout? Im easily confused...It's not the Falcons organization, it's the players doing it on their own.

Falconsfan567
Yep it's the players. The NFL can't stop the players from getting together on their own and working out together. It's teams like this that are able to do this that will have an advantage over the other teams that don't have the team unity to pull something like this off. JRid
Does anyone remember the exact dates that the Falcons were doing MMA training last year? Also, when was Abe and Sidbury training in Florida? I'm just trying to figure out the difference in the timing of training this off season compared to last years.
