Shredman
ok , we all love our teamslets put aside, all the we are better than you BS this effects all of us as FansI didnt see a post here Dedicated to the PROBLEMThe NFL says that Player Safety is #1well without OTAs and Guys Training on their ownwithout NFL Trainers Injuries will soar in 2011 and we have no clue when FA will start, alot of teams are not as built as some of us are they need those Free Agents to even try and compete with The NFL Eliteplus all we have to talk about is which loss last yr was worse ????????????????come on manto me the worse loss is the Next one.....and now the court is dragging their feet, man June will be here before we know itThe FA Players have to be getting nervous The NFLs last deal seemed Fair to me, they offed the Files from 5 yrs back instead of 10 Thats the only thing that started this whole thing, why not take the deal .... now you are gonna have guys FA losing big dollars, and if 1 of those guys gets hurt while working out on his own, he will have no 2011 Paycheck so all the FAs will come in outa shape more than likelyand who can blame themif you knew your Future depended on you being not hurt, you are not gonna work out on an NFL Level before you get Paid....Like I said alot of Injuries.....It needs to end and now, lets get these guys in and keep our Players Healthy
bradael
Players are using trainers... just not team trainers. And I'm sure some players will come into the season out of shape since they didn't workout in the offseason or during the time normally scheduled for training camp (assuming there is no training camp) but I think most players will come in ready to go.The owners won't give in on this deal... they got destroyed on the last agreement and with the way revenue sharing is going, the bottom feeders of the league are having major issues in staying out of the red. Player salaries (and the salary cap) have increased 50% from 2005 to 2009.Personally I see the league not missing any games this year but not coming to an agreement to a new CBA until next offseason. They'll play under 2010 league rules for 2011.

Guest jb aka johnnybuc
so what if they get hurt during this lockout ??????how could it be considered an NFL related Injury if there is no NFL ????they wont get paid for 2011 is what would happen lol ......and the Free Agentsno way do i see them Training without a Contractthey would be risking Millions man....Thing is shred, they're working out on their own, just not like they would be at team headquarters. they can at the very least stay in shape during this stage of the lockout. Not game shape but shape enough to get ready. If they have this thing worked out by the middle of August I don't see that big of a deal except for instituting new plays and getting the rookies up to speed. Besides, If Ryan were to get injured for the season you all might even win a playoff game!
