Atlanta_Dawgs46
Glad we did not picked a TE in this year draft. Most in this year draft seem to be under size and a tweener TE.Next year we have a list of solid TE prospect...Top 5 Tight End Prospect in 2012 NFL Draft1. Michael Egnew Missouri 6'6 235 lbs2. David Paulson Oregon 6'4 242 lbs3. George Bryan North Carolina State 6'5 2654. Coby Fleener Stanford 6'5 2455. Rhett Ellison USC 6'5 245Michael Egnew will likely go in the first round. Out of the other 4, Coby Fleener would be a tremendous weapon with the lost of Tony Gonzalez next year. This guy can catch the ball and is deceptively fast. His blocking is decent can use some improvement. Solid pick in the 2nd round.
KRUNKuno
Coby Fleener would be my pick. Him and Andrew Luck have a great chemistry together.

Gamecock02
Weslye Saunders would be a steal for any team once free agent contracts are allowed to be signed. Before the start of this past season, many considered him to be one of the top TE prospects in the country, possibly even the very best one. However, he was one of them that made that trip down to Miami with the UNC players and missed the entire season. He is 6'5 270 with great hands and plenty of speed to stretch the field. His run blocking needs a little bit of work, but he has the stature and strength to do fine with it. It was never horrible but he definitely didn't put the effort into it that he did with route running and catching. Some team is going to get him at a bargain price. Here was his overview from the NFL Draft website:"Saunders looks like an NFL tight end, but he may not get that opportunity after being dismissed from the Gamecocks in September. He did not play as a senior and there are serious concerns about his character. On the football field, Saunders has excellent size, good hands and is difficult to cover in both man and zone coverage. He has enough speed to stretch the field and shows the ability to break tackles after the catch. He is raw as a run blocker, but he has enough pass catching skills to be a starter and could still be a second day pick despite his off-the-field issues."Strengths:"Saunders has prototypical size. Possesses a quick first step and the speed to stretch the field down the seam. Fluid enough get open in man coverage and consistently finds soft spots in zone. Has great hands and a large catching radius. Shows a bit of a wiggle to make people miss in the open field."Weaknesses:"Lacks explosion out of his breaks and will struggle to separate from more athletic linebackers. A bit raw as a route runner. Does not show the desire to be a solid run blocker and plays with poor leverage and technique. Missed his senior year after being dismissed from the team." Paulson is a really impressive athlete.
