Excersize question

I twisted my knee recently, and am unable to do my normal workout routine. I will be unable to for a couple of weeks. Does anybody have any ideas on what kind of cardio I can do without having to use my legs as much? I've managed to lose a few lbs. and lower my blood pressure and blood sugar and I don't want to fall into old habits.
