WR Steve Smith might be OUT on Sunday

Dec. 31, 2010 12:14 p.m. - WR Steve Smith (calf) did not practice Friday and is questionable for Sunday. Panthers RapidReports

Dec. 30, 2010 2:23 p.m. - WR Steve Smith hobbled gingerly through the locker room on Thursday with a stim unit attached to his injured calf. By the looks of it, it may take some work to get Smith ready for Sunday's season finale against the Falcons. Panthers RapidReports

Really doesn't matter. Smith seemed to be single covered most of the season, Clausen just can't get the ball to him.

Sadly, our biggest performance by a WR this year was done by rookie WR Gettis, 125 yards 2td vs the 9ers.

Exactly. The guy hasn't been a big factor this year, and I don't think this game will be any different.

sounds like if he plays he will be a non factor (between the injury and Clausen both holding him back)

Yeah I think he could easily play thru the injury...Clausen is not quite so easy to get over tho.
