Don Meredith dead. Turn out the lights, the party's over

Easily. Don could get a little hokey at times, but with Cosell you kinda needed it, so they were great together.

I WATCHED DON AS A QUARTERBACK. HE WAS GOOD.

HE TOLD COACHES AND REFS WHAT WAS ON HIS MIND.

HE WAS MADE FOR MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL. HE WAS

ONE OF THE GOOD GUYS. HE WAS, WHAT HE WAS

AND YOU KNOW WHAT HE WAS? HE WAS A "REAL" DALLAS COWBOY. B)

Great post Rev. I never saw him play ( I was born in 64) but I have been steeped i in the Cowboys for a long while and always considered him a Cowboys cornerstone.
