One stat I like about Matt Ryan

With 10 games in, Matt Ryan has thrown 18 TDs and 5 picks. To put it in perspective last year Matt threw 22 TDs and 14 INTs and his rookie year he threw 16 TDs and 11 INTs.

Greta Job so far on Matt Ryan in putting the ball in a place where only our guy can get to it. I just hope I don't jynx him He's gone 3 straight games without a pick.

Driving into work this morning I was thinking that very stat (the 18 TD's & 5 Int's).

The kid is on fire ( and will remain so I trust) and looking to post his best stats this year... don't forget Matty was out two games last year with turf toe. The pieces are coming together nicely and somehow Smitty and company have our boys fired up to WIN FOOTBALL GAMES by any means necessary.

He nearly threw a pick on a corner route to Gonzo in the endzone yesterday, and again missed an open Roddy White down the field.

With that said, I love the guy and think he's doing a fantastic job leading our offense and controlling the tempo and reading/manipulating the opposing defense.

Did you see the amount of krappy passes Eli, and Vick throw in their games.

Yeah they had some great ones, but they where all over the place at times.

Matt Ryan has stepped up this season. He should start being looked at as an MVP candidate, if he and the falcons keep playing at this level.

yea both quarterbacks seemed to be all over the place, but at the same time I think the defences on both teams played great.

My favorite stat about Matt Ryan is he now officially has won 70% of his career starts. The only other QB in the league who has done that is Tom Brady.

Not saying Ryan belongs in the same conversation as Manning, Brady, etc at least until he does it for an extended period of time but Ryan is clearly a winner.

Why do people have to knock Vick to praise Ryan or vice versa. My goodness.

The fact that Vick's "bad" performances now almost consist of 300 total yards and a TD shows how far he's come and that's great for him.

Don't be so insecure about Ryan. He will be an MVP candidate for the next decade

Tom Brady will win mvp. Him or peyton. That's just how it works. Matt might get some votes but he won't win. Looking at some if his picks. The palomalo one was a great play by him. The one against Cincinnati.was a great play by the defender. One against sf was a on Ryan. The one the eagles got was a drop by tony g that flew up in the air. And I think the cards got one of a deflection dropped pass. He's defenitly balling , and focused

I like how everyone is kissing vick and eli's *** but u know what the falcons are 8-2 but at the end of the day the falcons are just nobody to the media until we kick the giants and eagles ***.
