Theyhateme : )
1) I'm not putting him on trial. A trial is a process of ascertaining guilt or innocence. I already KNOW he's guilty. 2) I don't care if he succeeds or fails. His success or failure is irrelevant to me. It does not factor in to my loathing of him, nor does it ameliorate his horrific actions.3) You'll understand if I don't take life-lessons from a person who bases forgiveness on how entertaining an athlete is?4) Neither Vick's feelings towards me, nor his awareness of me, have any more bearing on what he did and why he did it than his on-field performance does.#3 is pure speculation on your behalf. My forgiveness for Vick (or anyone else) is the same as God's forgiveness of me. It's my spiritual duty to do so.

I hate what they did, but I refuse to walk around pissed about them and what they've done.

What an odd position: claiming the moral high ground by supporting a criminal, a sadistic psychopath, a person admittedly guilty of incredible and inhumane cruelty. You make it sounds as if it's your belief and my belief ONLY. The whole Eagles organization is in this so called "Odd Position." Is this your position? That the Eagles organization supports a crimina, sadistic psychopatic person that admitted guild of incredible and inhumane cruelty?

To get a few more wins, yes: they chose to get in bed with an inhumane, sadistic torturer of animals, and a gambler, and a convicted criminal. You would be doing every god fearing person in this great country of ours a great service by taking him out of this world. You would be a hero and we will hold a parade in your honor. DJ Albee
And yet the Vick lovers continue to defend the man and continually insult Matt Ryan. I just don't understand.I'm a Vick lover but I still love and stick with Matt Ryan & The Falcons.

Is that how your mind works?Your empty rhetoric and hand-waving histrionics are pathetic.Hmm...does this look familiarYes, but it is NOT possible to love Vick and be a decent human being with a conscience, morality, and who has their priorities in order. Michael Vick is a cruel, sadistic, psychopathic individual, and a gambler. A criminal. Anyone who supports him supports cruelty, vicious sadism, and prioritizes performance on a football field over real life morality and decency. If you love and support Michael Vick, you are still free to love and cheer for the Falcons and Matt Ryan as well; I would personally prefer you didn't, though, and would rather all Vick lovers/supporters crawl on your bellies off to cheer for the Eagles. Unfortunately, my personal preferences are that, and nothing more; neither I nor anyone else has the personal right to drive you away. But I would if I were free to do so. It's one thing to not want to cheer for the guy that's fine, but your hate is so strong that you classify anyone that happens to like Vick are not decent human beings. So are you saying that the millions that cheer for him, the sports analysts (including Tony Dungy) that want to see him succeed lack morality? In the bolded you state that if you were free to do so you would drive away anyone that loves Vick away from the falcons. Now how would you go about that? I mean there's nothing stopping you now other than the law but its still possible. If you wanted to go a little further you can deal with the real problem, which is that guy you hate.
