Billy Ocean
Camden County is the worst **** stretch of I-95 you will ever drive through. My last trip to Fernandina I saw 6 cops in less than a 4 mile stretch. They don't tend to the trees in the median so that they can hide behind the cover. They will routinely ticket you for going less than 10 miles over the limit. The flow of traffic changes from Glynn to Camden to the state line. I'm convinced that the city takes the revenue from all the tickets they write and funnels it into the football program. And, no this is not sour grapes on my part - the Camden piggies have never caught me. To paraphrase 2Pac, "Punk Camden police can't see me!" That was Operation Rolling Thunder. I actually had a history professor get stopped by them after which he got chastised for messing with the cop- apparently the cops had no idea that their little ticket racket operation was named after a bombing operation from the war in Vietnam. He actually had the gall to ask the cop how he liked bombing the Vietnamese...

Billy Ocean
I really don't follow HS football much beyond recruiting. But I was shocked that Camden lost. Carver won . Lowndes won easily. And the latest I have is that Valdosta is up 3 in the fourth, does anybody have anything more current on that game?Edit: Valdosta held on for a 3 point win. http://www.ajc.com/sports/high-school/high-school-scoreboard-130179.html Edited November 20, 2010 by Billy Ocean

TyroneDawg
that maybe for the state champ.I think one of the two defending state champions still alive in AAA will have something to say about that. (Sandy Creek and Peach County) Not to mention Grady and Cairo are very good.
