WVUDirtyBird 214
He's out for the season again. The dude can't stay healthy, and it seems like his NBA career is just about over before it began. Its really sad.
muskokas finest © 7,580
Maybe Oden's body is as old as his face looks. If his career in the NBA is over, he will have made a ton of money per game played and can now fall back on his college education.
Statick 13,192
I don't feel sorry for him. He did well enough in college to get picked as a top draft pick. So he'll still have that memory. Plus, he's still a millionaire. As long as he's smart with his money and goes back to college to further his education, he'll be okay.

ATLBrave 3,579
I feel bad for any kid in his situation. Hard to believe this kid (yes, he is still that) is only 22 years old and his NBA career, something he has been working towards his entire life is about to most likely end due to something out of his control. I'd rather see a kid with a lot of promise just wash out due to not being talented enough than see ones career end like this. Thankfully he does have a college education, or at least some to fall back on.

Xnex 407
Unless they have a terminal illness or unfortunate family death I will never feel bad for millionaires.Just because they have money doesn't mean that they aren't equally as devastated when their life's dream seems to end before it ever begins. No matter the amount of money in one's bank account, a man is still a man, and I'm sure he is crushed by all of this. I wish him well and hope he can make yet another recovery.
