I think Jernigan can be the other gamechanger everybody wants. Of all the WR's in this draft he seems to be the guy

that fits what TD likes in his players. Good character, good in the community, productive career, versatile, and

very fast.

I think there's a big chance we get the guy. Good KR and PR and just would be a hassle in the slot. He could never be a number 2 but would be a mismatch nightmare. I like Jenkins as our number 2 for now, but he could be upgraded.
