FalconFanatic304
So I didnt make it to the game I watched it on TV but I cant remember a pass being completed on Robinson much less many passes thrown his way. Many of you want to complain about him because he hasnt made an INTs but with him on the field our Defense is so much better. If teams want to throw Grimes way so be it I will take them trying that cause it sure hasnt worked to well the last two weeks. 2 ints in 2 games. Robinson has been locking down his side of the field for the most part this year. Remember no CB is going to be perfect. **** Revis has passes completed on him and TDs thrown on him so its going to happen no matter how good you are. DirtyBirdSupabowl
This is why he makes the big boy contract big time players show up in big time games.
Big Zee
They picked on Grimes no doubt... I can't remember a pass play towards Dunta's side.

I don't think I saw a single pass completed to the receiver he was covering the entire game! And to his credit, although he allowed two touchdowns, Grimes also played a heck of a game. He had excellent coverage on both touchdowns; they were just great throws by Flacco. That interception also really helped us seal the deal. #1 pick
Dunta was impressive. As for Grimes, he is one of the best coverage guys in the league but he doesn't have the physical tools to be a great in this league.
gcjakesta85
They picked on Grimes no doubt... I can't remember a pass play towards Dunta's side. There were several passes dropped in front of him with fairly open receivers. Overall maybe a couple were completed. He did play well
ki46dinah
The only pass over 5-8 yards that went to Dunta's side was dropped by TJH.
Faithful Falcon
Grimes had great coverage, but some of the guys on the other side of the ball are good too. You can only cover a receiver for so long. No one was beat on a normal route, everything was on a come back. Grimes gave up two, but they were well earned. MilleniumFalcon
Not calling Dunta's name the whole night is a great thing. Grimes got beat a few times but he played pretty well tonight.
FalconFanatic304
Also Robinson has been very good in his tackling. Besides the skinny post to Mike Williams last week Robinson has been very good for us. Another thing is we lead the league with INTS so who cares if he doesnt have one yet. He is locking down his side making the QB come off his side and throw bad passes into coverage.
Birdfanatick
Hey I like little Grimes anyway, he's starting to get his timing down on jumps and turning for the ball. He still has improvements. And he is pretty much always pasted to the receiver.
RunningThePiszOuttaTheBall
Earlier in the year, Grimes was clearly the better corner of the two. Last night, Dunta was clearly better. They obviously saw enough opportunity vs Grimes that they picked on him consistently all night long. And he gave up tons of yards. I say it was a bad game for Grimes. Period. However, he was just inches away from it being a great game. There were a ton of plays where he had good coverage but the ball was completed anyway. If just 2 of those got knocked down and one more of them got picked, we'd call it a great game. Our pass defense is atrocious, Deion was right. The amount of yards we give up doesn't lie. And the fact that we blow leads like 20-7 and have to work miracles to win doesn't lie. It shows that our pass defense is bad, end of story. It was good earlier in the year, so we need to get back to where we were.I'm looking forward to the day (hopefully soon) when we have the strong defense we saw earlier this season IN THE SAME GAME with the dominant Offense we've had the past 2 games. THEN we'll be almost unstoppable.
