Dolphins waived CB Jason Allen.

Recommended Posts

Allen surprisingly won a starting job in training camp, but the former first-round pick predictably has struggled mightily all season, and the Dolphins have decided to cut bait. He'll latch on somewhere, but his days of starting might be over. Miami signed former Packers cornerback Al Harris to replace Allen on the roster.

To be honest don't really know much about the dude but is he worth a look maybe for depth.

haha you started a thread i replied and now you hope i'm stalking you. Dang you need alot of help.

Right because you don't have to response. Yesterday you was not going to deal with me anymore today you are the first people to respond to the only two post I have. That sound like a jilted lover to me. If you a post of my you can ignore it, it is okay. If you can't then that might imply the you either can't stay away from me or you need my attention.

ok Dr. Freud I simply meant I wasn't going to deal with your foolishness any longer in that thread because you go full ******. But you're right I should probably ignore you since you're obsessed with gays and being completely wrong about pretty much everything.

Don't know what is wrong with Allen. Good player just is struggling everywhere he goes. But I think he is a zone corner in a man corners body (opposite of Houston) and went from man scheme to man scheme. I think he would be better than Owens currently is here but no point in bringing him in with Franks in the stable.

interesting point and I agree. I also think He is a CB stuck in a FS body but wasn't good at FS either. He is just sort of a tweener in scheme and position.

I don't know if you heard but Owens has now be demoted and Brian Williams promoted.

Yea I heard. I think Allen would be a perfect fit to just sit back in cover 2 schemes (like Samuel and Winfield) and just read. He isn't a man corner. When the Giants were zone heavy he was good then all of a sudden sucked when they went man. Coincidence?

Could I suggest that a few of you just clearly start a post where the intent is to disagree, disparage the other and to sling insults....so that is is clear it has nothing to do with Falcons draft and FA. A few potential good discussions have been side railed by this banter.

I understand that you have view points and I understand that you have the right to discuss your view points but really it is starting to kill what could be a very good discussion. Obviously this has gotten personal but it has gotten to the point of a few of you are losing creditability...to the point where people are going to disregard any of your post you get involved in because it distracts from what really needs to be discussed. Not who said what, who is smarter. who is gay etc etc etc etc etc etc etc.

I say this only because I have enjoyed a few discussion with some of you involved but I'm getting to the point of just ignoring....

other than that I'm out of this discussion.

Dude really I had no intention in either post for any of this but I am being stalked. No matter what I post the first comes in is this. If you don't agree with me cool, ignore me but I don't go around following old boy. I'm not even suggesting we get the guy I just wanted some honest opinions on Allen because I don't know him like that and this crap.

Completely understand, it has happened to me as well & it is frustrating. I recommend not taking the bait & let other posters comment. I'm not taking sides with either of you. My comments were just to let ya'll know that many people are starting to ignore your posts when ya'lll get started. if your Ok with that then that's fine .....but I have enjoyed post by both of you until the war of word gets started. Notice most of the thread is just 1 or 2 people once ya'll started.

May I suggest "rise above" outlook or take it to another thread and be done with it.

Interesting thoughts and I could definitely see that working.

You mean the Dolphins? He hasn't ever played with the Giants.
