Chris,

Did you read this part? I don't remember any facon team laying the smack down on the Saints. Do you?

I read it...apparently he is thinking that they will "lay the smack down" on the Saints this time...which given the history of the rivalry I suppose it depends on what your definition of smack-laying is...but given that the game in week 3 was an OT nail-biter, I agree that the choice of the word "again" was misplaced...

Have you even been to the GA Dome?

I have. Wee took it over last year. It was awesome, the Rebirth brass band started up a second-line that went from the dome to Atlanta Underground as soon as we hit the parking lot. One of the best postgame experiences I've had as a fan B)

Yeah, all 17 teams sucked... laugh.gif

No, just like 15...16 or so.

Lets take a look:

Detroit- 0-16

Kansas City- 2-14

Chicago- 9-7

Saints- 8-8

Denver- 8-8

Carolina- 12-4

Tampa- 9-7 (meltdown?)

St. Louis- 2-14

Miami- 7-9

Carolina- 8-8

Tampa- 7-9

Washington- 4-12

Tampa- 3-13

Buffalo- 6-10

Arizona- 3-5

San Fran- 2-6

Cincy- 2-6

Tampa- 5-3

So by the math, of the 18 games at home, only four have came against teams with winning records. Two of those games are against the Bucs, one being when they started their late season meltdown, and then this season when they're clearly not a great team. So 2 out of 18 against quality (average...above average?) opponents? Color me VERY unimpressed...smile.gif
