ghost_falcon
Cliche, but I'd have to say Matt Ryan. He's classy, mature, puts in a ton of effort, and really **** good. The play he made to Jenkins in that Bears games gives me shivers. He truly has ice water in his veins, and the best is yet to come.Runner-Ups:- Roddy White: Because he's absolutely filthy. He's got the ability to dominate games (as we've seen more than once). It's also really cool how much he matured from his first few years.- Sean Weatherspoon: I think we've got a star on our hands. Plus, he'll be the vocal leader we're missing.

dmite
I like a lot of them, but to give a different answer, I'm going to say Thomas Dimitroff. He has masterfully built this franchise from ashes to be a perennial contender, something we've never had as a franchise. We can be proud of this franchise year in and year out for the foreseeable future in my opinion.

blizzard_falcon
Coach Smith is my favorite Falcon.Favorite player is probably a tie between Michael Turner and John Abraham, although Roddy White is really starting to grow on me this year... BlacksburgHokie
For me, I'd have to say that McClure is definitely up there with the likes of Matt and Roddy as far as my favorite player on the team. As the longest tenured Falcon on the roster, he fought his way from being a 7th round pick who suffered an ACL injury his second day of his first training camp to being the iron man of the team, only missing one start since he took over the center duties in 2000. He's started 16 games for 8 consecutive seasons and is still working on a franchise-record 136 game starting streak.Beyond just the durability, the toughness and technique that he displays on a weekly basis are outstanding as well. Never the biggest or strongest guy, he became a master of things like leverage and angles, never flashy but always able to get the job done. Whether we were running a zone or traditional scheme, he always adapted and was able to be a productive member of the line.In the 9 seasons that he's started, there have been 6 1000 yard rushers for the Falcons.I know every offseason people seem to say that we need to get bigger/stronger/better at center, but I have a ton of respect for the career that McClure has been able to carve out for himself and hope that he can keep on going for at least another few years. To me, his toughness and determination personify everything that a football player should be...

WCFalcon
Roddy has been my favorite ever since we drafted him. But before Roddy got to ATL, my favorite was Michael Vick. Don't '-1' me or anything. What kid didn't like him when he was 9 or 10 years old? -_- Edited November 9, 2010 by FalconFan03
