nobkowski
I dont see how they get away with having a mini-huddle at the line after they have alreadyhad their huddle.

Arkansas Falcon
Radio already had one foot in his mouth over the "best team in the NFC" comment. He firmly entrenched his other foot with this remark.
Karst41
o let me see if I understand this correctly. The Bucs Equipment guy skrews the pooch and it is Atlantas Fault.Oh here we go.Falco tip toed past the Bucs security and unpluged their communications.Perhaps they had the volume jacked to 11, but the noise in the dome was so loud that theystill could not hear. Floyd Pinkerton
Raheem is rubbing off on his QB too. Did anyone notice Josh whining after each event that didn't go his way?? Also, if Ryan's communication was cut off, everyone knows Ryan is the cerebral player that is perfectly capable of calling his own shot in that situation. Clearly Freeman is not...I think that sums it up. Ryan wouldn't have needed the time out. Edited November 8, 2010 by Floyd Pinkerton

pzummo
So let me understand this. They had to call timeout because they couldn't communicate. Obviuosly they could communicate during the timeout. So how exactly did this lose them the game? They got the playcall they wanted, and they came up short. Then we ran it down their throats to get a first down and run out the clock. This excuse might hold water if they didn't have timeouts and got pushed back 5 yards. The ref's gave them the timeout without a penalty. If your guys can't pick up a yard when it matters most, you don't deserve a win, and that should be your biggest concern. wook21
did the headset malfunction cause our good penetration in the backfield so well and won us the game if they cant get a yard they deserved to lose PERIOD AND THEY LOST RADIO
fly_falcon_fly
here is the link to original article: http://larrybrownsports.com/football/raheem-morris-says-coach-to-quarterback-radio-went-out-on-key-play-in-4th-quarter/38264Who the heck is larry brown? I think this is total BS and this guys is just trying to stir up the pot.On another note, he admitted they are not the best team in NFL right now. Go figure..“We can’t say we are the best team right now,’’ Morris said. "We do not have the least amount of losses, so that would not be an accurate statement by me this week.’’
justcs3
" Oh yeah, it also must be pointed out that radio communications had nothing to do with the Bucs losing; they lined up against the Falcons and needed just one yard on a 4th and 1 and got stuffed. They didn’t deserve to win after that stop."Best part of the entire posting/"article." I placed article in quotations because I suspect this is a blog posting and not real journalism. AF89
I don't get how this is compared to Spygate, even if it is true. They took a timeout, got their play together, and failed. This is on Raheem and the OC. You have a sasquatch QB that is mobile and you don't run play action? I fully expected Freeman to go over the top... not Blount off tackle when we had two extra DT's on the line.Sorry Raheem, this is RetardGate and it's all on you. What a crybaby.+1 for RetardGate

Falconcheff
Exactly! They keep talking about how clutch Freeman is in the last minutes of the game and they take the ball out of his hands. Should have let Freeman have the option to run or pass. As Im typing this, NFL lIve is showing the highlights of the game and its all TB highlights. The only plus they mentioned on the Falcons was the 4th down stop.I knew that would happen, because there were no Falcon highlights, just grind it out azz-kicking.There are no "highlights" to show off a ten play, 99 yard TD drive. There are no highlights to a 61 yard, 13 play opening TD drive.Just a win at the end. F 'em all!

I noticed that too. Think about it you got the head coach ranting and raving nonsense, you got a thug, criminal RB and you to a QB that whines and cries any time something bad happens. That my friends is a receipe for disaster. Tampa will implode and I will love every minute of it.

falcons faithful
Watched replay of the last play on NFL Primetime. The showed the game clock supper imposed on screen. Game clock went to 00 and about a second later Ahab that Arab (Raheem Morris) coming running into view calling for the time out. So the way a look at it Ref's gave them one and then we took it back one why or the other. Karma is a female dog. :P
