i read a report either on AF.com or AJC in one of the articles that our guys won't hit the practice field this evening until 7:30. they are in meetings and film room all day today.

Practice tonight, practice tomorrow, and walk through wed. Does anyone know how the injury report works on short weeks like this? do they have to report who practices today and tomorrow?

Smith reports that Spoon is suffering from "some mild abrasions to the skin from taking off his socks too fast". I'd like for him to go on IR soon, and try to get ready for next year. Lol.

Seriously, if there is any staff on the league more secretive and openly misleading about injuries than ours, I'd like to see them. We know nothing. He could have a partially torn ACL, for all we know.

I actually think it was a mild-severe MCL sprain. I think we'll see him back in a week or so.

Hopefully he is good to go Thursday. He can't be rushed back tho. We are going to the playoffs, and we will need him. This is a non-conference game so it isn't a game to rush him back.

But we are much faster with him out there

Coach Smith said in his press conferecne today that Jusine peele is the only player who is defnitiely rules out for Thursday - so there is certainly a chance that Spoon will play.

He said there would be a injury update after tonight's walk through practice.
