xXFlashFalconXx
Our division games all look very winnable. Right now Tampa is looking like they are going to be our toughest comp, surprisingly! Don't get me wrong, Tampa should be given some credit for playing the way they have with such and inexperienced club, but we are better IMHO. The Saints are losing and making excuses about it but they just aren't the same team from a year ago and the Panthers are just awful. all of our division games look very winnable and if the good Lord keeps blessing our team with good health throughout the season like we've had thus far, I think we have a very realistic shot at sweeping our division. We've seen glimpses of what this team is truly capable of with its tough mind set and fire power. If we keep working hard and keep improving, this division is ours! What do you guys think? Born Again Georgian
I'd love it, but I don't want to jinx our success. Play it game by game.

Taijis
Definitely lovin the success right now! If we can beat the Panthers and Bucs the first time, it is very realistic that we sweep the division. I just don't want to get my hopes up because we all know division games are incredibly tough, I mean look at the panthers, they beat the 49ers yesterday and the bucs are just going off.14 - 2 anyone? xXFlashFalconXx
I'd love it, but I don't want to jinx our success. Play it game by game.I feel the same way man. I really don't like to look to far ahead like I said because I like to adopt the same "play by play, game by game" attitude that out team has, BUT, we aren't the ones playing. The team has a realistic chance of doing it this year and as longs as they keep the same focus they've had up to this point, we could very well do what we are all hoping in this thread. madman88
We can and we will. 12-4, baby!12-4??? wat two games u think were gonna lose???? :P i hope u dnt say ravens as one of them....
falconidae
Falcons are the only team in the division that can go undefeated- everybody else already has a loss. Tampa can't stop the run, Carolina is terrible and we've already beaten NO in NO. Yeah, falcons should sweep.
Supes™
12-4??? wat two games u think were gonna lose???? :P i hope u dnt say ravens as one of them....The Ravens are certainly our next big test on paper, but at least we got 'em at home. Then there's the Packers, but we got them at home too. The Seahawks are playing good ball and that's a road game. I'll add a possible mystery loss and stick to 12-4. COULD BE.. im still going go with 14-
freebird310
I think we prolly slip up and lose one division game, I would settle for 5-1 vs. the division, 12-4 overall, with a #1 NFC seed and home field advantage thruout the playoffs ........... mrobinson3803
I think its a possibility. The rivalry with these teams is going to make them close game...well maybe not with the Panthers. Tampa is looking decent but has been routed by teams like the Saints and Steelers. When the Saints get Bush and Thomas back and are still struggling then I will believe the big showdown in the Dome wont be for all the marbles. If we do sweep though we can very realistically be 12-4 or 13-3.
Finally
4 division games in the last 5 weeks of the season is going to be tough. I'd feel better if we could have had one of those Panthers games on this half of the season.A first round bye might be very important this year. Theyhateme : )
I seriously doubt it being that TB is still out there playing good ball. They are not going to just hand it to us.
falconidae
I seriously doubt it being that TB is still out there playing good ball. They are not going to just hand it to us.Tampa has wins against Cleveland, Cinn[ a gift from Palmer], Carolina and STL[ by a point], got crushed by the Steelers and NO.So, they have wins against teams a combined 7-22, and losses against teams that are 9-3.Freeman is a good young QB who can make things happen, but the Bucs have too many holes. Falcons should beat them both games.

slamee101
I don't put anything past TB...We barely beat a few of these teams.Exactly.TB is hanging in games and finding ways to win...it'd be a mistake if our team overlooked them. I don't think they will but to be honest those 2 games are gonna be tougher than I'm sure many Falcon fans will expect them to be.
Tribal Chief
Tampa is gonna be a tough match up, as will the Saints at the end of the year.

Falcons are superior to the Tampa and Carolina, doesn't mean they can't lose, but the Falcons ARE a better team. One thing I'm sure of is that Smith and Ryan will have this team ready to go.
