sdogg
I'm feeling very confident in UGA winning. It's been awhile since the last time I felt they (UGA) have the better team.

SacFalcFan
Lol. So much was all that offseason practice talk..you will have that, but then you have durham. i was told on this board by a few uga fans how he stunk and wouldn't do anything, but if you knew anything about durham and the coaches when they talked about him you knew he was going to really have that year we all thought he would have last year before his injury. sometimes practice leads to huge years and sometimes they don't (see cuff). Threepac Daddy
durham kinda reminds me of brando stokley. he gets over shadowed by green, but has solid games almost every week.
tjb
I'm really looking forward to this game, I'm thinking it will be a pretty good matchup.UF always gives us trouble, no matter who has the better team. With them having a week off and coming off 3 straight losses, makes me a little nervous too. They'll be fired up.However, after the last 3 weeks, I feel much better about this game than I did after the colorado game. Still a lot to play for, and let's be honest, it's uf, so, our boys will be fired up too.I hope the coaches really rip into the defense, secondary in particular, and get them playing better. We're close to being a pretty dang good defense. These lapses in the secondary and giving up the 3rd and Longs are holding us back. Here's to keeping the momentum and taking that next step. Xnex
I cannot remember a season like this one where the opinions of so many people have changed so drastically in a few short weeks regarding who is likely to win this game. Three or four weeks ago I think almost everyone here thought UGA would have almost no chance to beat UF; now, I think most people here believe UF will have to improve significantly if they hope to keep up with UGA. The only thing I see that favors UF is the bye week they will be coming off of.
QCDawg
Didn't we bring in the 3-4 to stop UF and Meyer's O? we'll learn a lot about our progress and the hopefully dark future of CUMs (Coach Urban Meyer's )offense.
Deacon 13
Hey Sac, Keep an ear out for personnel changes for next Sat. From what I saw there should be some guys getting less PT (Cuff, Rambo) and some guys getting more (Tripp, Ogletree, Love). Then again, I just watch football....I don't coach it. I could be way off base.

Chili Dog
UF always gives us trouble, no matter who has the better team. With them having a week off and coming off 3 straight losses, makes me a little nervous too. They'll be fired up.They will not come out fired up. They have no one to fire them up. They don't care to get fired up. Coaches won't fire them up. Leaders (who???) on the team won't get any fire going. They will come out flat, they will finish flat. Absolutely NOTHING about this season has led me to believe they are ready for ANY game. ****, I'm terrified for them playing the Appalachian State game... they picked the wrong year to schedule that one hahaha. Threepac Daddy
i wish someone would stand up and be the leader for the team like spikes and tebow did the last few years, they desperately need it( looks at pouncey) Edited October 25, 2010 by Threepac Daddy

But, I just have a feeling you guys will come out fired up (how long that lasts, who knows). I would have to imagine that meyer & co have been making this offweek a nightmare for the players. 3 losses in a row is bad enough, there's no way they're wanting to make it 4, to UGA of all teams. Of course, I never thought we'd lose 4 in a row either.I'm just hoping that any of the changes being made don't take effect until the following week... Deacon 13
How bad was Rambo's game?I'm not saying he is playing as bad as Cuff, but he is still getting suckered by play action pretty bad. The deep ball(one of a few) that Cuff got beat on Rambo was way out of postion as well. He is getting better, but he still makes me nervous.I think it's more of me wanting to see how good AO can be, rather than how bad BR is playing. SacFalcFan
No one has a clue what kind of defense we were in to blame rambo for being burned. A corner is a bit easier seeing where he goes with his guy, but with a safety for all he know he left his guy to try and help out someone who was burned and it looks like he was at fault. Rambo has improved as the year went on imo and he is 2nd in the team still in tackles so he is doing a lot for this defense. I have zero issues with our defense heading into this florida game. Last week's game we had a huge lead and our guys backed off some and they scored points and we still won by a lot. The defense was responsible for getting us into position for 3 touchdowns (21 points) so i can forget them for giving up 10 more than they gave us.
