Bring It
As an act of solidarity, the entire team should stand up for Robinson in TOTAL defiance of the new, pathetic, "Wus" minded NFL and together as a Band of Brothers pay the fine...............sending a message to the squeaky clean maidens of the NFL.End of story. falconidae
Man just signed 57 million dollar contract, with 5 mil salary and 7 mil roster bonus this year. I think he's OK.

Falc_Fan_Since_Six
Whether or not he can afford it isn't the point. It was a clean hit. End of story.
FalconsfanDK
it's not about him being able to pay it or not, but more a symbolic gesture showing that he shouldn't have gotten the fine at all
Wayx
I would kick in a few bucks myself. Dunta is a victim of this PC direction the league has decided to take. In my day Ronnie Lot, Jack Lambert, Scott Case to name a few were the personification of Football, tough, hard nosed, leave it on the field players. In today's league players like Jack Tatum, Laurence Taylor, Tommy Nobis would all be considered dirty players. The NFL has seemeingly decided that collision in a collision sport is unwarranted and somehow dirty play. Shame on you Mr. Commissioner for destroying the the league. Spoooooooon4MVP
pretty sure that would be against the rules

I think he's OK.It's NOT the amount of money.................it's the principle !!!Team mates.............standing together in defiance of the stupid ruling against a perfectly clean, legal hit. If the NFL wants to change the rule and the level of contact, two hand touch, so be it, but do it AFTER the fact with some fairness in mind to the player who was playing within the rules as of the date of the game played. joenate
Why don't we take up a collection for Falcons family out there who really need it? This would be based on principle.

Peyton
If I'm a first or second year player making 400,000 a year, I'm not coughing up money to help pay Dunta Robinson's fine. Let the team pay it if he loses his appeal. But I got a feeling that Dunta's fine is going to get dropped on appeal. The analyst who actually work for the NFL are coming out and saying it is a bad call.
Rev_Hal
That's how the FNCO got its start last year. If we want to collect for the Atlanta Community Food Bank in Dunta's name, there is a pinned thread with instructions.
Fly Falcon Fly High
I say we designate a few sacrificial lambs per game to deliver the PAIN...if that's what it takes. We better never again allow a team to destroy us like last Sunday!
