Seriously, you need to remove Vick's nethers from your mouth. He ran into as many sacks as he ran out of. That doesn't mean he wasn't a good player, or that he isn't a good player. It just points out that he was sacked a lot, and all to often he would run out after the second read. Make whatever excuses you want, but his sack numbers are what they are.

I'm expecting Mohrningweig (sp?) and Reid to do some things to counter our aggresiveness. They know how bad that O-line is and Kolb is not really gonna outrun a bunch of guys. Kolb was sacked 4 times last week. I think the 49ers had six in their first 4 games...they'll alter their gameplan.

Look for ALOT of quick passes all game. As well as many screens.

Which is why this week could not have been a worse week for Spoon to miss. We absolutley need his speed on the outside against those screens. I'm a bit afraid that our D is gonna get gashed this week. I hope I'm wrong.

Nicholas is more than capable of filling in. I understand your concern though.
