RI Falcon
Alright, so for the past 3 years I've been pretty much a Northeast road trip supporter for the Falcons. I reached college and could finally start affording tickets. For example, last year I went to the New England game and both New York games. I've gone to the Pittsburgh this year and well.. I was too afraid to go to the Eagles game. However, I've decided I'm sick of this away game bull, especially since the only win I saw was against the Jets. I want to come to Atlanta, I want to experience the Georgia Dome. I've been watching the Falcons on TV since I was 9 (I'm 20 now) and I'm tired of only seeing this thing through my television or computer screen. Basically, I need to know where to go, what to do. I figured I'd fly down on Saturday or Sunday and fly back up to Rhode Island on Tuesday. Where should I be staying for this trip? Where are most of you all seated in the Dome so I can find some seats near you guys (I want loud fans, not these coming late and staying quiet fans I keep hearing about)? Finally, is the hotel you suggest walking distance? Or should I rent a car? I want to go all out for this experience basically. I figured the best people to ask what the heck I should to would be you guys. Any help is much appreciated!

It can take you from the airport to your hotel then right outside the steps of the GA Dome at Falcons Landing. Just check the local hotels surrounding the GA Dome and see if they have access to MARTA. That should get you around town. No need to rent a car unless you are visiting sites not near MARTA. Here's a link to hotels near MARTA. The only I can speak of is I stayed at the Marriott Marquis during the Thanksgiving game but I'm fairly local so I drive down on game day.MARTA/Hotel Link
