Eagles starting left tackle Jason Peters is expected to undergo an MRI exam on his sprained left knee Monday, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Peters sprained the knee during the Eagles' 27-24 victory over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday night.

Peters, who's in his seventh NFL season, has started all five games for the Eagles this year. He started 15 games for the team in 2009, after spending the previous five seasons with the Buffalo Bills.

The three-time Pro Bowl pick wasn't the only injury for the Eagles on Sunday. Defensive tackle Brodrick Bunkley suffered a hyperextended left elbow, and defensive end Trent Cole injured his hamstring.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.

Cole would be just as big a loss- lets see who practices this week.

Hey injuries are apart of the game. We as fans want to win no matter the cost (unless one of our key players falls). They didn't feel bad when Ryan and Turner were out last year and I bet you Smitty will remind them. Especially Abe and how they thought he was washed up and push him to have back to back multi-sack games.
