=abrahamburger=
I sat 5 seats away, 3rd row, section 107, from Bobby Cox.When Conrad came back to the dugout after blowing the game in the 9th, how do I put this? He basically got chewed out by hundreds of people. Some could easily be heard over the music and noise.I mean... HE GOT CHEWED OUT. If you had a kid there, it was definitely earmuffs time. I went from being really mad at that guy, to laughing at a few comments, to starting to feel bad for him, to downright feeling sorry for him.Bobby heard what was said. Hinske & TP heard it. And there's no doubt Conrad heard it.I know production is the key and three freaking errors in one game is awful (and his failed bunt), but that guy, undoubtedly, feels horrible. So do I. Threepac Daddy
5 errors i believe this series unacceptable. i would be one of those chewing him out also.
Warrior999
I am not feeling sorry for the guy. This team banged up. They are having to claw and scratch for every run it can get. This guy is just gift wrapping runs and the series to the Giants.
Dharma Initiative
Not only does he have 5 errors this series, the guy lost two games in the final week of the regular season on bonehead plays at third base and almost kept us out of the playoffs. dmite
I don't know what the **** happened to him. He use to be serviceable. But now he's pulling stuff I expect in a rec league. What's wrong?I don't think we see anymore Conrad this series. Hinkse or Glaus at 3rd, take your chances.
The Don™
burger, are you chopdynasty from the braves boards?
MilleniumFalcon
I don't feel sorry for him, he's making six figures to do a job (playing a game). 3 errors in one game, 5 errors in 3 games is unacceptable. Bobby should also be blamed for leaving him in there.
ATLBrave
Yeah, you gotta feel for the guy. It's a ******** shame that he's played this badly, and I'm not going to hate on him because out of every person involved with the Braves in any way, he is kicking himself the hardest. Yes, people are allowed to express their displeasure with him by booing, but don't sit there and say you hate the guy. Without him, we aren't in the playoffs. It's time for him to take his place on the bench, but stop with the **** talking about him.

I'm surprised the people over there can even walk around with all of their knee-jerk reactions.
willc1975
I think that with all the errors that he's made of late , it's gotten into his head and you just don't know how he's gonna handle a ground ball hit his way now , it's gonna be a mental thing with him now .

Hatch
I blame the whole team for losing, if you can't hit, you don't belong in the playoffs.
The_ATL
I blame the whole team for losing, if you can't hit, you don't belong in the playoffs. That doesn't really make much sense considering the Giants have only scored 1 more run than the Braves have. Neither team will make it past the cheating phillies.

Neither team will make it past the cheating phillies. This aint the live ball era anymore, teams can win scoring 2-3 runs and still be considered good.If the Giants make it to Philly I wouldn't be surprised if they beat them. They are very solid where it counts. Timely hitting, pitching and defense.I still haven't given up on this series though, I think ATL wins tomorrow and then anything can happen in Game 5. dmite
I hope we get a big lead tonight so we can pinch hit Brooks and give him some chance to get his mind off the mistakes. And if we do pinch hit Brooks, I hope the fans at the game give him some applause because he needs the support.
