TdotFalcon
Hey AFMB members.Just wanted to drop a line, from one hardcore fan to another. I am from Toronto, and up here we have our Thanksgiving a few weeks earlier then you guys do down south. This weekend I will be enjoying some Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, all while some will go without. I thought of this a lot last night, about how lucky I am to have the things that I do. I take it for granted most of the time, without even thinking about it. I do know, however, that we as Falcon fans have done some truly great things. Heck we all came together for our coach when he got fined, and helped build a playground for our youth to play on. AFMB created the Falcon Nation Charity Organization. I know some of you have heard of it, and some of you haven't. But it was a group of your peers, fans just like you that RAISED UP and did something for someone else. A game and a team brought us together, but it is our kindness and selflessness that made us better. So I decided to simply give $10 this Canadian thanksgiving to the Atlanta Community Food Bank through the FNCO. Hopefully with my donation someone will feel as full as my heart does now.If you want to donate, anything is accepted. Visit the FNCO Can Drive Page.Cheers everyone, and have a good weekend. Enjoy watching our Falcons collide with the Browns.
Rev_Hal
Thank you so much! If everyone could just donate $10, we could seriously make an impact for the FalCAN food drive!
