Lucky_Tom
Meh. I think our ranking is pretty fair. I agree with the Ravens and Jets getting big bumps. I don't know how GB moves up 3 spots after beating Detroit by 2 at home and we drop a spot when we beat the niners by 2 at home. I also don't see how the Jets big win at Buffalo moves them up 6 spots while NE's thumping of Miami nets them 3 spots.

freebird310
GB is the one that boggles the mind. They got no running game at all at this point ....but of course they were the big media darling coming into the season . so they gonna try to keep them that way .... Point_Blank
Because we barely beat a team we should have easily beat. You could say the same for the Packers..The 9ers are 0-4, but they arent THAT bad of a football team. Mojo Risin
We were outplayed? Are you serious? Other than their ST TD, they were held to 7 points and scoreless for 3 quarters.
dsgbncali
i dnt see y u think that should have been an easy win.... there record doesnt speak about there talent on that team....to second that point all the "experts" had the 49ers winning their division and being a top tier defensive unit. Don't let the rankings get to you yet. We have the Packers and the Ravens on this schedule this year. Let's wait until after these games and let the "experts" choose who they think the better team is. And these two games will be home games so there should be a bonanza of media an TV coverage for both. Season's just started ladies/gentlemen lets just enjoy this first quarter and a 3-1 record. john_winger
Bleacher Report Power RankingsThis list has the Falcons at #3. Last game: Won 16-14 over Niners Last week's ranking: 5 The Falcons may have squeaked by the Niners, but they have also beat the Saints and put up an overtime fight against the Steelers in Week 1 too. The Falcons are the real deal. That aside, power rankings and $6 will buy you a six pack of beer in any store around.
BlacksburgHokie
Obviously GB's 2 point win over an 0-4 team at home was so much more impressive than our 2 point win over an 0-4 team at home that they had to jump them up several spots in the rankings over us. Seeing an 0-3 team stick tough with a 2-1 team (regardless of talent) makes one wonder. The Saints dropped as well but I think the Pack is just a result of us and the Saints dropping even though they shouldn't rise either.
