falconsfreak27
San Fran has struggled on their last few games and are deperate for a win. However, all you nay-sayersout there seem to forget one thing. They're doing things we haven't done in the last 2 years. Get the tough road win. We went to LA and confused the Saints so much, they didn't know what to do and look gassed in the 2nd quarter. We give up too many passing plays and always have. Also, a good point to make would be the fact that we've been near the bottom of the league in pass defense. It's gotten a little better but seems to me we lack the "height we need" on the weak side. Dunta Robinson hntsas gone almost un-noticed. WHY? Because he's doing his job. Penalties? Quircky and suspect Special Teams play? Iron the crap out and let's start puttin these #$%^ away early. We shoulda beat Arizona 55-7.....Finish the drill and make an example of these $%^%^&. Anyone remember a few years back KC beat us 63-6 or something. I for one am tired of being the nice guy. Mean guys win titles, not nice guys. ASK MARK RICHT!!!!!!

TeamPlayer1
The NFL is played by men and if you don't want your opponent to score you have the opportunity of stopping them!If you can't,that's your problem.

The Falcon Jedi
I say run up the score as much as possible. Stomp on their necks and dont let off. Send a message to the rest of the teams on our schedule that we are out to kill everybody. No MERCY! TAKE NO PRISONERS!
Optimus*Crimes
I completely agree with us running up the score. If you don't want to get 40+ dropped on your D, stop us. With that said, how many people were pi$$ed when Belicheck was running up the score a couple of years ago?

He marched his team to the SB, and let all the little babies he destroyed cry and whine while he got to play in the Big Game. That's the mentality I want the Falcons to have. The Falcon Jedi
Im sorry, but I dont buy into this "being classy" and "good sportsmanship" crap. Maybe if youre 12 and playing little league, but these are grown men being paid a lot of money to stop the other team. So if they dont want the score run up - then they should be able to stop it. Or they dont need to be playing in the NFL.

Mean guys win titles, not nice guys. ASK MARK RICHT!!!!!!I think I understood most of this, but you have some facts wrong.1) The height in the secondary isn't the problem, if you look at stats and ratings, Grimes is actually playing better than Drob, and the only real time you hear Grimes' name is on INT. 2) Most passes are being completed against our LBs and Safeties, and NOT against the CBs who are playing pretty good ball.3) Yeah, we need to really put the throttle down, and I hope we take it too the 9ers.45-10 Falcons. This crap people say that "it will come back at you" is bull-sh!t. I think the mission every week should be to Destroy every team you play. Because that is what Football to me is all about. The Falcon Jedi
But I thought it was classy when the Falcons took the knees at the end of the Cards game.I thought it was a wasted Touchdown opportunity that could have notched our Offense statistics up another level. Voice of Reason
Well, I for one love how we can stay classy in games like the AZ game. But I won't lie, I'd love to see us put up 50 against the 49ers if for no other reason, to see how Singletary melts down afterwards!
