Geneaut
He's an interesting guy ... I didn't realize some of his coaching career. He started in Oakland in 82, and spent 12 years there. He coached RBs, STs, TEs, and was finally the OC. He got to coach some really good players there. Then he spent some time in Washington. Mostly working with WRs, and coordinating the passing game. He was also the interim HC when they fired Turner. Then he went to the Browns. Again starting at WR coach, then moving to OC, and once again becoming the interim HC when they fired Butch Davis. He went back to coaching WRs when they brought Crennel in.Now we follow him to Miami, where once again he's in charge of WRs. Then in 08 he ends up in Atlanta coaching our WRs.If you watch the sidelines he's the taller, slightly older looking coach who is usually standing near Smitty.http://www.life.com/image/83918893BTW, his son is a WR for the Browns. I was hoping we were going to draft him.
MR2
Brian Robiskie hasn't done diddly poo with the Browns and signs are bad for him so far in his early career. Either his coaches are not giving him a shot or he's just not very good.

Draws on each other and respects each others abilities... A unit, not just a group of coaches...If you watch the sidelines he's the taller, slightly older looking coach who is usually standing near Smitty.http://www.life.com/image/83918893BTW, his son is a WR for the Browns.
