Dirtybirdn@tion
Sorry to hear that, but you have to admit he hasn't been on his A game yet this season IMO.LINK
freebird587
i know he was limping at the end of the game...ive been wondering how that would turn out, also how pierres injury is affecting his playing status...if they lose brees alone, would be devestating for them...hopefully it wont be serious for drew, and i say that because he is good for the league as a whole

freebird587
I noticed that too. Especially when i watched it again on NFL replay. Late in the game he was limping around on the tying FG drive. Hope it is not to serious because they can not afford any more setback or fall further behind us!it happened on a tackle from ja55 btw
sean weatherspoon
hope he's ok, its a bitter pill to swallow that it came against the falcons, for saints fans if he misses time and it causes them to slip in the division
sean weatherspoon
I remember Vick missed some time with a sprain while playing for us.i wonder if that is what affected drews throw to the endzone that fell about 8 yards short of lance moore at the end of the game. freebird587
i know they are a rival and all,but theres a few players you dont wanna see get hurt...peyton,brady,peterson,chris johnson, matty(thats the opinion in these parts) and brees...it just takes away from the excitement of weekly matchups
SaintK
He's fine. They didn t put him on the injury report today. He does however have a brace on it. He took every snap in practice today!

Laugher
That's good news. If he was hurt at all they would hold him out just to be safe. They were saying if we had won the game, they would have sat him out this Sunday.
joe horn
I was wondering when the vultures would start circling I wouldn't mind seeing Daniels get some reps in this week (not looking past the Panthers or anything but now is as good a time as any).PT is the injury that is most worrysome, because Ivory isn't 100% and as promising as he is, he's no PT.Heath Evans will be catching passes all over the place, mark it down. SaintK
I hope for Breesus health to continue because if he is out for any length of time the NFCS is the Falcons by default! we'll see!
st. diehard
If every bruise and strain is going to qualify as the madden curse then it ought to be officially recognized by the NFL.Seriously though, I wouldn't be surprised to see Daniel close it out if Brees gets the team up a couple scores Sunday.Btw, Brees is off to a prett good start for someone who hasn't had an A game yet. Saintdogg
It is probably just as well he didn't have that one up because Moore was ready to pick it off with running room!Put on your glasses old man. The throw would have been somewhat tight, but there was a window to get Moore the ball and the TD if thrown correctly. It would have had to been an off throw for anyone to intercept it. I do believe the injury affected that throw though.
Ethan...Again
Is the play they keep showing on nfln the play that brees go hurt on?If so did they call roughing the passer on 55? That's a bad non call if not cuz we've all seen a flag for less.A good no call. They are way too ***** on the QB.
Ethan...Again
Basically the same play was called on igor against the bears. It should be consistently called throughout the leagueIt should be 1970s rules.
