Falco4
Every time we have a marquee match-up, where we have an opportunity to win and eat at the adult's table, we end up screwing the pooch. I just want that one win that will legitimize us. I want a solid win against a team that has all of their weapons. I hate it when the critics discredit our wins by saying our opponents "beat themselves". That's bull. Even though we annihilated the Cardinals last game, people blame Derek Anderson's performance and/or the absence of Kurt Warner. I feel we are 1 big win away from steamrolling. I honestly believe that if we win this Sunday @ NO, we will start playing with that swagger and confidence that will push our team to the top.*And I know there are a lot of fans on these boards that are doubting that our team is all smoke and mirrors. Regardless of our "soft" schedule in 2008 and Ryan's supposed "slump" in 2009, we went to the playoffs 1 year and played to a 9-7 record with a massive amount of injuries. how on earth can anyone deny that this team is on the cusp of taking the league by the balls? Under our circumstances over the past two years, other teams would have easily crumbled.Notes:*Please save me the "this is a 16-game season. 1 game is not going to determine everything". Of course I know that.

Of course I know that. This game is huge...but with that being said it does not break our season or make it. There was a quote someone posted saying that any divisional game won really is a two win game. it puts you up 1 game in nfc standings and i game up on the rest on nfc south.
