lokifalcon55
It may be an old cliché for any game that you must win the turnover battle. But in this game it could be magnafied. The Saints excelled last year and it has carried over into their first two games this year, where the best weapon they have on defense is the ability to create turnovers. Their defense is not so great at field position. They give up the yardage. You could easily say that they lose two close games if they where not fortunate enough to generate turnovers at opportune times. The first team to beat the Saints this year will have to protect the ball yet not become too conservative. If you compare the stats below. The Saints are not any better than who they played, the biggest difference is turnovers.. lokifalcon55
I guess the ads on the right squeezed the stats into overlaping. Not what preview post looked like sorry. But you should get the idea.

falconfanjason
I'll go one more: start fast, get ahead of them and stay ahead. They aren't built to come from behind like they did in games last year. They jumped out to a 9-0 lead on the 49ers and had a 7-0 lead on the Vikings early. We can't fall behind early.
