Phil Fulmer rips USC coach Lane Kiffin.

I hate Lane Kiffin. I mean I detest that smarmy little twit enough to pull against him in almost all circumstances. Even if he were coaching against Clemson I would pull for a Tiger route of southern cal. And I found Fulmer to be somewhat likeable while he coached at UT. Granted, I didn't and still don't know very much about the issues with Fulmer as it related to the 'Bama violations of the past.

But all I can say to Fulmer after reading that article is "That milk must be awfully sour, huh Phil"?

No, he's lobbying for the Tennessee AD job and helping himself by throwing jabs at the most hated person in the state.

I'm pretty sure that the moral of the story is that Phil is a snitch. Bama people can provide you with the details. But if someone is a snitch that is all I need to know about them.

Apparently, in light of todays events, I stand corrected. Arkansas, not Tennessee was snitchin on Bama.

That is an interesting article. And for all these years virtually everyone who sported the Crimson colors had such a strong hatred for Fulmer that I'm sure he had to feel at least a little concerned about someone trying to kill him for pointing the finger at Alabama. I'm glad you posted that link.

Didn't they try to serve a subpoena on Fat Phil at some SEC function in Alabama?

I'm not sure about that. But I "think I remember" hearing that he might need to avoid going down to 'Bama when his team was scheduled to play there because there might be a warrant served on him. I might be wrong about that, but I know I remember there being a situation that caused real concern, from a legal standpoint, about him going back into the state of Alabama.
