vel
If you couldn't see the growth in Ryan last game against a top defense, you can't seriously tell me you can't see it now! The kid is tough. He is stepping into all of his throws. He is scanning the field. He is climbing the pocket. All the things that top QBs do. He is even looking to throw on the infamous roll out now as opposed to throwing it away. The Iceman is back and I hope you weren't the ones doubting him. Osiruz
looks like some of the snap count issues are gone, although they timed the snap perfectly on the last throw.
skynyrd04
Who knew when you let Ryan throw down field and call a few screens, he could be a top QB? Oh, wait. Everyone except Mike Mularkey knew that! Thank God apparently someone told Mularkey, it's okay to let Matty Ice sling it.
SaintsH8
We also started off the game running the ball well that also helped. The team looks good.

BenB321
He did play better but he still makes throws that make me scratch my head. It missed Ovie wideopen next to the endzone. He also made a couple of very weak velocity throws that could have been intercepted. The boy needs to lift some weights and get some more speed on his fastball because sometimes the ball just floats out to the receiver. Don't forget he missed HD wideopen in the endzone. You just cannot miss easy TDs like that. He is still far from being an elite QB.

falconfanofnevada
any qb or team can struggle without a running game (vs steelers) and just look what they did to vince young who looked good last week. steelers made him get benched. it was a tough D and Ryan will hit those throws more often as he and douglas start to sync more. he missed all otas recovering and is looking like his speed is returning and that and the mis communications we saw today will fix itself. also, ryan is a intelligent qb, some throws are a head scratcher but you cant expect ryan to never throw a int. if thats your expectation follow mr checkdown in buffalo. you take some risks if you wanna throw more downfield. and cbs make good plays too, reciever wrong routes ect, get over it ryan will be fine Edited September 19, 2010 by falconfanofnevada
FalconinPA
2 differences:1) Steelers defense vs. Cardinals defense2) No running game vs. Having a running game+1 Snellin and Turner running opened up the passing game. Hopefully we can continue it next week against the Saints. I will be very more inpressed if we can do it on the Saints rather than the Cardionals. Not that I didn't enjoy blowing the Cards up today.
