ATLfanatic
I mean, usually you don't go this high to draft a kicker (unless you're the Raiders), but we need to draft this guy. I'm sick of the revolving door at kicker and this guy pretty much nails everything down the middle with a strong leg. Keep this thread bumping

I agree we could sure use a solid consistent kicker, but we have other needs that need to be addressed that early. 5th round maybe.
Faithful Falcon
The Patriots drafted Stephen Gradkowski in the 3rd round. It's not too early. When you are in a league where it may come down to a FG, you need a good kicker. If we had a Blair Walsh last season, we probably would have won a few more games. A-TowN.-
I just thinking of this. He is only a junior and prob won't come out til next year but I wish we could get him. I'd spend a 3rd-4th if had to.
DUB
could always trade up and get an extra 3rd.......or a high
Capitalist
Maybe no one hates our kicker situation more than me... But he would be there in 5th or 6th round... 3rd is too early...
millenium falcon
gostkowski was taken in the 4th. i remember because i wanted him in the 5th.next year there are 2 or 3 K's with a shot to get drafted. kai forbath, matt bosher, thomas weber headline a group of K's that could get drafted.blair walsh is a JR and i dont think a K has ever declared early for the draft, when most are UDFA's.he has caught my attention too although he may be the most coveted K in next years draft.
