"If she is arrested for anything besides a minor traffic violation she will spend a year in jail," Roger said. "There will be no discussion. The court will have no discretion." Chesnoff said the agreement does not call for Hilton to be assigned a probation officer, meaning she can't break any laws but won't have anyone to report to or check in with. "Paris Hilton--another Celebu-tard dodges jailWow. $2,000 fine for a multi-millionaire--bet that really will teach her a lesson. Let's be clear here: If any of us 'civilians' were caught with drugs of any sort, there'd be little chance we'd get the same breaks that these stupid bimbos get--time after time. wuskillzz
Thats pretty much a standard plea for simple possession. I don't know the fine in the state she plead in, but in Tennessee its between $250 and $2500 for simple possession. I have had several clients get the same deal except their fine was only $250. From what little I know about the case it sounds like her status actually hurt her be cause her fine is higher than usual for that type of charge

nativefalcon
Big deal, she got caught with a teeny bag of powder.. U have a decent lawyer and u aint servin time for that.. Nobody would..No kidding, Its not lie she can't hire the best lawyer there that specializes in that kind of law and also its not like he doesn't have contacts to judges and all. She got popped the last time, they can't nail them all. What would be worse to her, is if the judge gave her like 90 days in a drug rehab and if she bailed for any reason back to the pokey. Her lawyers would be screaming like he-ll. Yes she could go to a country club rehab and all, but there are so many catches like the one all you have to do is sign yourself out and the answer to that is, that is the one way pass to do 90 days in jail.
