Smiler11
There doesn't seem to be general consensus as to who the number 1 guy is going into 2011. Take Gade Carimi for instance, he was rated as the top tackle prospect after the 2010 draft, and yet now I'm seeing him rated as a 2nd round pick. The opposite can be said of Demarcus Love, who was once thought to be a 2nd or 3rd round pick, but is now seen as the top Tackle by some sites?I know a lot will change between now and the 2011 draft, but what order would you rank the 2011 crop of OT's?Love and Carimi, were two guys I was looking at in particular. If we could get Carimi in the 2nd round, that would be a great pick up.

hawkeye
You can see Love tomorrow against the Dawgs. The biggest knock on him is his footwork. Mainly his kick slide.

Where do you see Carimi and Barksdale fitting in?I agree with you on Love, he'll be a good fit for us, but if he is really the top rated tackle, he will surely go top 10?It seems strange that there is no clear cut no. 1. Last year Okung was always thought of as no. 1.

Kennesaw77
Barksdale blows. He was awful last year.
Rai
This is a pretty weak OT class on paper. Nate Solder would be the highest risk/reward pick of the OT's imo. Watched him against Aldon Smith and we pretty inconsistent. Some plays he shut him down, others Smith just blew past him.
hawkeye
TwitterDraftCountdown Agreed. Carimi is overrated. Not a 1st Rounder in my book. Maybe 2nd or 3rd. RT @MattMcGuireWF: Not a huge fan of Wisconsin OT Gabe Carimi.I'm not a fan of Carimi or Barksdale.

He's played LT since his freshman year, and Wisconsin has a reputation for producing good NFL tackles.

pr0d1gy
This is going to be a weak year for Tackles. The last few years there has been a rush of quality NFL LT talent and it's coming to an end now. Don't expect to see 4 or 5 tackles going in the first round in next year's draft.
