What is Moss thinking?

I don't understand why Moss wants to get out of New England. I understand he wants money, but he is getting old and has probably already made plenty of money.

I mean if he stays in New England with Tom Brady throwing to him, he could possibly rack up enough receiving yards to be second in all time receiving yards behind Jerry Rice. He could also possibly be in the top 5 for all time touchdowns. He also needs a ring. I mean I just don't see where he thinks he can find a better quarterback then Brady or a better chance to win a SB.

all of what you say is true but, at 33yrs old, Randy Moss understands that he is in the twilight of his career and his gaudy stats are going to start going down drastically at any time. He wants one more big money contract before he hits decline. It makes total sense why Randy is having a "melt-down" about his contract if you put yourself in his shoes.

Randy Moss knows he won't put up bigger numbers anywhere else - he's trying to maximize his money - wouldn't you? Next year Moss will be 34yrs old - how many 34yr old WRs do you know that got 5 year deals w/ $25+ MM guaranteed?
