rugger8
This weekend was a rough one for football fans in the State of Georgia. Tech lost. UGA lost. Our Falcons lost.Looking for the silver lining, so that your week doesn't suck until wins across the board next weekend, what comforted you this weekend in football? rugger8
My solace (oops! misspelled in thread title!) is that:-Dallas lost.-Philly lost, under ykw.-Weatherspoon looked pretty good, as did the defense as a whole.
Dharma Initiative
GSU lost too, but kept it respectable against Navy
theDIRTYcode
At least I'm gonna win my FF game. **** I'm screwed there too, my team scores 95 points which was enough to beat every other team this week except the one that had Eli Manning, Chris Johnson, Roddy White, and Wes Welker...naturally my week 1 draw. rugger8
GSU lost too, but kept it respectable against NavyI haven't started following them yet, but my expectations for this year were already exceeded with a win in week 1. But great for them playing respectable football so early in the program!

Hashbrown3
I love the dogs too but have grown numb over how pathetic they have become over the years. They disappoint so much that I just cannot watch them anymore. South Carolina just kicked their a$$ and frankly, they couldn't even come close to doing anything about it. Ranked 22. What a joke. I wish I could say they are not my favorite college football team but i would be lying... thats why its so frustrating. The braves are waiting til crunch time to fall apart. This is aggravating me to no end as well....

pr0d1gy
No serious injuries to important players despite playing the most physical team in football on both sides of the ball was the biggest bright spot I saw.
bige
I had a bad feeling when both GA and GT lost.Happens every once in a while.Lady Luck not a fan of Georgia this week.We lost a close game in overtime on the road. Not the end of the world.Spoon had a good game and Babs will be back next week.Wiz will try to bring a little something extra this week tho.Old GT boy.
