miKevicK777
I know its hard to run against the steelers, but i hope turner finds a way to get some posiive yardage form hsi carries. i mean statistically we're 13-1, and twice hes only gotten 65 and 54 yards. Im not all that into statistics, but if we keep feeding turner the ball, hopeefully thatll free up some receivers.i dont care how we win, im just pumped up

Mark my words. We need to go easy on him until later in the year and let Snelling and Norwood get a lot of reps to keep him healthy and to keep those two interested. We couldn't run for 100 yards on the Steelers with Earl Campbell, their linemen are too strong and ours are kinda weak.
miKevicK777
i think we have to use turner the most against the best defenses... hes in fantastic shape and to go easy on week one in fear of an injury seems a bit cowardly. i know smitty wants to limit him to 300 carries in regular season, but i think week one he needs to go balls out, hes got a chip on his shoulder and what better place and time to prove hes still an elite runningback than week one at heinz field. Lucky_Tom
That statistic is backwards. When the Falcons are winning they run more. They don't win because they run more.
