nolafan33
I figured if anyone else's writers do this sort of thing post them up. Some of us will enjoy watching them.http://videos.nola.com/times-picayune/2010/09/new_orleans_saints_video_jeff_5.htmlSome nuggets:- Saints player off until Tuesday.- Many players have gone watch their schools. - I imagine a lot of players in lockerooms have some pretty big bets going on amongst their schools.- Saints are 12-0 when Tracy Porter and Jabari Greer start at corner.- Saints are 4-0 in the past 4 games against Warner, Favre (x2), and Manning. Have held those guys to a QB rating of 72.3, 3 TD's and 5 int's.
bossFALCON™
sharper gets a lot of love for what he did but i've said it once and will say it again. your corners are what make your defense go imho. they help out the pass rusher and they let the safeties roam.greer and porter completely shut sota's receivers down, which ultimately was the difference in the game if you ask me. I agree about the corners, they make the defense go. If they struggle, the defense struggles. Some Falcon fans don't want to here it, but the reason the Saints were 25th in defense was because Porter and Greer missing that time. When they're in GW trusts them on a island and puts an extra man in the box to play the run.
nolafan33
Let the season speak for itself. I don't want to hear your excuses again. I feel we will beat your corners and they definitely do not want to tackle the Burner. So we'll see how it plays out. I still thing the saints defense will be 15th or lower this season, if I know GW, and I probably know him better than anyone in RC.Beat our corners? Like yall did last season in New Orleans? They definetly don't want to tackle Turner? They certaintly had no problem tackling Peterson.15th or lower? Heck I'll take a top 20 D and never look back. With our offense, that's all we need.I'm not sure you know GW very well, aren't you the one who always claims he blitzes too much? Thursday night he blitzed very little and played tons of 3-4. Since you know him so well, did you see that coming?
