Carter
Marshall up 14-6 in the 3rd quarter and pretty much toying with WVU's o-line.
Falconsfan567
Cool. Marshall hasn't been squat since Leftwich was there. The late 90s/early 2000s Marshall was a force in the MAC. Pennington to Moss was a deadly combo.
Carter
Marshall has never defeated West Virginia since they began playing football games against each other. If they win tonight, it would be Marshall's first win ever over the in-state rival.
Carter
Marshall just blocked a field goal that would have given WVU a little confidence on offense.

Carter
21-6 Marshall. WVU gonna take a huge loss if they don't have a ridiculous 4th quarter.
Carter
WVU went 15 yards back on penalties and Marshall's defense is just dominating them. This is crazy.
Lennon
I don't know if Bill Stewart is on the hot seat yet, but he sure as **** will be after this game.
Carter
Marshall with a huge fumble recovery there.Bill Stewart will probably be out of a job after this season. There's no reason Marshall should be having their way with them like this.
Gritzblitz 2.0
Most don't know how huge a deal this is for Marshall. For years WVU refused to play them. It finally took the governor of West Virginia to step in and make this a regular game. This would be the biggest win for Marshall in a decade if they pull this out. Carter
WVU marching down the field. Marshall altered their defensive plan and is giving all kinds of room in the passing game.

Carter
Next game up, UTEP @ Houston, has good potential as well. UTEP beat Houston last year when they were ranked #12, having already beaten Oklahoma State and Texas Tech. UTEP will be without their leading rusher and one of the top RBs in the country in Donald Buckram, though.
Carter
Wow... huge run for Marshall. How did WVU let that happen?
eddiesauto
#16 Lee Smith on Marshall went to my high school. I'm glad to see that he's doing well as a starting TE for them.

Carter
Man... WVU was moving the ball and now their o-line is just caving.
Threepac Daddy
if wvu goes on to lose, the only way his job is saved is to win or go to a bcs bowl
Carter
WVU scores but Marshall called a timeout before the play went off. This is a great finish... gotta think overtime can't be good for Marshall here.
