Adblock FTW!!!

Kibitzer: I think Chrome has something similar...but you should switch to firefox anyway.

It's a memory hog, and Chrome is faster. At least for my home connection, which is where I do most of my posting/reading.

I just upgraded to Win 7 though, so maybe I'll try it tomorrow, and see if that makes any difference.

I'm

actually

thinking

I

may

enjoy

my

new

home

more

anyway

if

we

can

get

more

quality

posters

.....

.....

.....

like

yourself.

:P

Well, the Chrome extension blocked the ad alright. Did absolutely zero for the f'd up formatting, though. I guess I was under the impression from Kirby's post, that killing the ads might have given the threads more real estate. :(

Still, out of sight out of mind. I may uninstall it, though. I don't want to accidentally buy or support anything that is contributing to this clusterfk.

Yeah, sorry bout that. It's only gonna leave a blank spot..

Why do you insist on making comments on things you know nothing about?

I installed Chrome once. Then after 5 minutes it got un-installed. To each his own..

Human nature. People are resistant to change. For me, Chrome was a change for the better, though. Didn't have to install a ton of plug-ins to make things work. It's faster. Less whistles and bells, but I didn't use 75% of the crap that came w/Firefox anyway.

If I had a T-1 connection at home, I'd probably use FF, though, if it makes you feel any better. :P

Hahaha, Talk About The New Messageboard turned into Talk About Your Favorite Browser And Why Firefox Sucks.

Firefox isn't slow, and Chrome isn't that much faster, if at all. Internet Explorer is KING!!!!

LOL

Edit: I have had Chrome installed for a long time, and just thought I'd compare. It won't launch now. So, it is not very fast.
