BMF
I know many Dawg Fans have endured this emotional rollercoaster over "Jersey Gate". South Carolina always play us tough and Saturday's game will not be different. But I have no worries or fear when it comes to the Gamecocks. UGA will win this game and win it VERY convincingly. Over the years I have seen QB's come and go. Greene was good, but DJ would have been SPECIAL. T3 was Legacy.... Stafford was too much of a GROWN MAN. Cox was??? well you know... Cox was Cox...Now Murray....MURRAY IS SPECIAL... Murray is going to be a household name after this season. Murray is going to show why he is possibly the 2nd rated graded QB in College Football right now. We don't need AJ to beat Carolina simply because we have a QB that FULLY UNDERSTANDS his reads and goes through his progressions naturally. Mark Richt and BOBO know exactly what they have in Murray. They just don't want to say it. But trust me they are grinning ear to ear.I remember the G Day game his true freshman year. He made a pass that caught my eye... after that pass I knew that the hype was Authentic. When he was a recruit, I was scared that he was going to be a Gator. If he picked UF then you best believe Florida's dominance would have continued. So don't worry about the Dawgs baby.... We will be OK. But remember this thread... take a picture of it... frame it on the wall... **** go on other Message Boards and spread the Gospel..MURRAY WILL BE REMEMBERED AS THE GREATEST QB TO EVER PLAY AT UGA.MURRAY WILL BEAT FLORIDA 4 YEARS IN A ROW.MURRAY WILL BE COMPARED TO DREW BREES.MURRAY IS A WINNER......OH AND TO LEMAY, SIT BACK BABY AND ENJOY THE VIEW... BECAUSE YOU MAY NEVER SEE THE FIELD UNTIL YOUR JR. YEAR. AND I'M NOT QUITE SURE YOU WILL SEE IT THEN..

Lennon
Yeah, I'll wait until his four years are done before I proclaim him as a legend. It's great to be excited, I am as well, but I am going to wait a bit.. Stafford was "Special" as well, gets to play against South Carolina as a freshman and throws three picks and no TD's.. I mean, we still won, but it's unrealistic to think that Aaron's going to go out there and light the SEC up as a Freshman.

SacFalcFan
I agree Murray is special and has the "It" factor, but it's too early to make those type predictions IMO. However I do love your enthusiasm and right now you aren't wrong or right. I hope in the end you are 100% right though. I feel good about Murray playing on the road tomorrow. If Murray has a great game on the road in columbia missing aj green that should make rivals and fans alike to stand up and take notice of him. Carter
I'm excited to see him develop as a QB for the Dawgs, but I'm holding off any kind of Tebow-esque man crush until he has proven it on the field. He has the ability and the attitude, his it factor is huge... but he still has to perform on the field. And I'm not quite ready to crown him after only playing against Louisiana-Lafayette.If he has a decent game against South Carolina, his star will begin to rise. SC consistently has a top pass defense.

Just because he looked good against an outmatched team doesn't make him the second coming. Let's wait and see.And I know you Dawg fans too well. If he does lose a tough road game without the best receiver in college football, you guys will immediately start calling him the next Joe Cox and demand that Hutson Mason start next week. tjb
Love your enthusiasm. I think he's going to be a good one, but let's not get ahead of ourselves just yet. He hasn't even played in an SEC game yet.
