Mississippi DirtyBird
after watching lastnights game falcons should be feeling realy good (1) saints can not cover tight ends and falcons have one of the greatest tight ends to play the game (2) they still can not stop the run and falcons have the bulldozer bowling ball machine turner. winning 14-9 at home against a old man in a will chair isn't anything to be excited over for saints fans. unless falcons have some injuries they should sweep the division this year. GO FALCONS!!!

GO FALCONS!!!I agree. I was really watching this game looking for flaws in what I thought would be a weaker Saints defense this season. They lack alot of speed in the front seven. Their DBs are still tough in my opinion on defense, but working tackle-to-tackle we could really break these guys down.Offensively, they are still a juggernaut but the 2nd quarter drive by Minnesota that was in excess of 9 minutes is exactly how you want to play this team...wear that front seven down and keep that offense off the field. ghostofdonkey
It's funny how all these homers on here are rejoicing this morning. The Saints will steamroll our team, match ups are different for each game and the Saints present tremendous challenges with the game-managing QB we have. If anyone on here thinks the Saints will be a cakewalk think again, we don't have an elite team but strangely the homers on here feel that way. Watch the implosion after Sunday on here, the boards will be shut down once the Steelers punch our birds in the mouth.....sad to say but spoken for truth. RFlagg
Actually, Shiancoe was shut down in the second half when they put Harper on him.And the Minnesota O suffered greatly. Favre had no confidence in anyone else to make a play. Didn't help that AP, who finished with 19 carries for 87 yards, only touched the ball 6 times in the second half. Plus, we have compliments in Douglas and Norwood...why are you here???
