What are your plans for the game Sunday?

I think fire up the grill around 12:00 to eat some good food during the game. Im glad Direct TV is having the free preview of Sunday Ticket so I can watch the game in HD instead of streaming it.

After the game, I was invited to a huge Cowboys/Redskins game party in a ballroom so I'll be going to that. Hopefully we win so I can rock my Michael Turner there! Go Falcons!

My plans consist of working a 12 hour shift (7PM-7AM). Dealing with the fact that AFN(Armed Forces Network) refuses to show any games other than the Patriots, Jets, Giants, Cowboys, and Colts. I will be desperately searching for a website with gamecast that ISN'T blocked by firewalls here in Iraq. Sometimes being deployed sucks!

I plan to put on my side line falcon hat, game-day #56 Spoon jersey, sit in my reclyiner chair and have finger nails to eat. LOL

I will be up and down during the game though, can't sit still. Oh year, I also plan on celebrating a WIN!!!!!!

Afterwards, I will grill some filet mignon.

GO FALCONS !!!!

BEAT THEM PITT SINKERS !!!!

I'm with ya on that one man. Three deployments under my belt, but I'm out now. It pulled me away from football for about 4 years. I'm back. Stay safe over there

Grill one for me too. If you want, you can freeze it and send it to me. Do you think it would spoil in a week? That's about how long it would take to get here to me anyways. :P

Rock your Turner jersey regardless, win or lose. Be a proud Falcon fan! ;)

I have the stupidest job on this base by far. I do nothing but play PS3 all day. It's sort of depressing. But thank you for your service. B)

Is atdhe dot net blocked? I will be pissed if it is, since I'll be going there soon.

Xfactor's Things TO DO List

1) Put out the Falcon flag first thing in the morning.

2) Check the liquor cabinet and beer fridge.

3) Order enough wings & sauce

4) Put on my Ryan Jersey and Falcon hat.

5) Start pacing

6) Right before kickoff call the wife (her scheduled work weekend) and tell her to have a nice day.

Friday the GF and I fly up to Pittsburgh.

Saturday we hang out around town and enjoy the weather.

Sunday, I'm rocking the #88 throwback and she's wearing the Ryan jersey. Should be interesting, as it's my first game up there. Rooting for the birds and watching Gonzo get that 1000th catch.

Go Falcons!

This topic is more like the old Game Day Menu.

When a few of us get together to watch a game, we try to come up

with a meal that is bassed on the Opponents City.

When playing against the Aints I like to make Jambalaya (creole style)

Eagles is Cheese Steaks

etc. etc,

Now with the Steelers, I have no clue as to what dish that city is known for,

therefore by default. WINGS!

Last year Supes had this Green Chili Verde to go along with the wings

when we played the Eagles.

We learned 2 things that day.

1. When we play against another Winged Opponent you dont eat wings.

2. That Green Chili Verde that Supes found was killer-diller with the wings.
